DashboardGenius Enterprise Progress & the Birth of CredsGenius 🏥
A lot has happened since our last update. Here's what Joy and I have been working on.
DashboardGenius: Second enterprise trial
Our second enterprise trial for DashboardGenius is underway. After about a month of figuring out the Snowflake credentials to connect to the customer's data source — always the hardest part — testing has been very productive. The feedback has been invaluable, and real users always surface things you never anticipate.
Two features came directly from this trial:
Branded report visualizations Our trial customer needed reports that looked like theirs, not ours. We added logo embedding so users can brand their visualizations and reports with their own identity.
Expanded conversation memory The AI chat agent originally only had context within a single conversation thread. Users wanted it to remember prior conversations — not just the current thread, but past ones too. We enlarged the context window so the agent can reference historical interactions, making follow-up questions seamless.
The birth of CredsGenius
A friend of ours and his spouse run a healthcare clinic with over 30 providers. He texted us about a pain point: insurance credentialing is a massive burden. His spouse handles most of that work — verifying that every provider has valid licenses, certifications, and insurance. With 30+ providers, each carrying multiple credentials with different expiration dates, the administrative load is relentless.
We didn't know much about credentialing at the time. But instead of waiting to have a full deep-dive conversation, we did the research and built a working prototype. The idea: meet them where they are. Rather than asking someone to fully describe a problem we'd never experienced, we wanted to show up with something tangible — a demo we could react to together and have a faster, more productive discussion.
That's how CredsGenius started — an AI-powered platform for credential tracking, document extraction, and eventually automated payer submissions. We're eager to learn more about their specific pain points and continue shaping the product around real needs.
What's next
We're iterating on DashboardGenius with real enterprise feedback and preparing for deeper conversations about CredsGenius. The pattern is the same for both: build fast, learn from real users, and let the product evolve from there.
