How do I add a new product for inspection?

Admins can add products from the "Manage Products" section on the home screen. Enter the SKU, name, and upload reference images for quality standards.

How do I add team members?

Go to the "Team" section and tap "Add Member". Enter their name and phone number. They'll receive a PIN to log in with their phone number.

Can I override an AI inspection result?

Yes, supervisors and admins can review inspection results and override the AI decision if needed. All overrides are logged for audit purposes.

What languages are supported?

QCGenius currently supports English and Spanish. You can switch languages from the home screen using the language toggle in the top navigation.

How do I set up work area inspections?

Admins can create work areas from "Manage Areas". Add a name, location, and reference images showing the clean/organized state. Operators can then perform inspections against these standards.
